Essential oils are aromatic, volatile liquids, found within many shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, and seeds.

I use essential oils in session

I diffuse essential oils in my session room to keep it fresh and energised.

I also offer my clients oils as part of their session, applying it to their skin. Essential oils travel inside the body, giving cells information and nourishment.

I’ve found that using these oils aids deepening into the present moment, and supports different aspects of healing self and body.

Essential oils have the ability to penetrate cell membranes and travel throughout the blood and tissues. Essential oils are composed of 200-500 different bioconstituents which makes them very diverse in their effect.

Each oil is different and unique meaning that different plants, produce different impacts on your body chemistry. The body takes up the molecules it needs and because these oils are 100% therapeutic grade, your body is absorbing and taking in a substance that is therapeutic and not synthetic.
